Delete Your Account

Request complete deletion of your BitePlan account and all associated data.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:

Your account credentials and profile information
Meal plans, preferences, and dietary settings
Nutrition logs and activity data
Shopping lists and food scan history
Push notification tokens
All other personal data associated with your account

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

Option 1: In the app

Open BitePlan and go to Settings
Scroll down and tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion

Option 2: Email request

Send an email to the address below
Include the email address associated with your BitePlan account
We will process your request within 7 business days

Please include your registered email address in the request.

Processing time

Account deletions are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion.
