Delete Your Account

Request complete deletion of your BitePlan account and all associated data.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.


How to delete your account

Option 1: In the app

  1. Open BitePlan and go to Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  3. Confirm the deletion

Option 2: Email request

  1. Send an email to the address below
  2. Include the email address associated with your BitePlan account
  3. We will process your request within 7 business days

Please include your registered email address in the request.


Processing time

Account deletions are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting deletion.
